Yes I remember pravchaw he had so much interesting information to share and brought up many thought provoking questions. I loved his open mindedness.

Prayers going up for him and his family.

Very insightful video, thanks for sharing.

Is there anything beyond this that explains how to counter the addiction?

Shamrock I haven't watched the above video yet but my bf had me get Pleasure Unwoven by Kevin McCauley; they showed it where he did treatment and thought it was incredible for explaining addiction based on the latest scientific research. He thought it would benefit me a lot to watch, I bought it but haven't watched it yet. It's pricey. It does say in the back it helps families see recovery is possible. Would probably be also good for the A to watch since my A is who saw it first... Rambling, should have had coffee first...

Thank you MagW.

I havent seen the movie but someone did tell me it was very good, and my interest is in what we know about addiction from the medical /science standpoint too because its the way me/husband have handled it, and following those guides has been working for us.

Mag thanks for the book recommendation on Family Systems also. Im going to look it up. Im getting interested in this type of thing right now, and it fits in well with all of the stuff Im learning about communication.
