If I'd acted on the urge I would feel worse than I do already. It's the only thing that prevented me.
Tomorrow would arrive and I'd have to write Day 1 in my column. Or would probably have continued to smoke.

Your daughter's problems are not your fault. You know it's no one's fault. I hope she reaches the compliance stage sooner rather than later.

You haven't let us down Klio. It's a really difficult habit to quit, particularly when under pressure.

So afraid today she might harm herself. But I don't have any control over that either.
She improves rapidly following medication. Next week, I hope.
There are protocols (civil rights) that the hospital has to follow.... a good thing, I know. But in the meantime .....

I really crave the sun lately. Usually, the sitting area in our yard gets full shade in the afternoon and through the evening, and it always bothered me. Today, I dragged the chair out into a different corner of the yard, where I could feel the warm sun rays and watch the sunset in serenity. This sunny corner was always here, why did I never see it before?

2681 no chew QLAMFEDD. More tobacco does no more good then more alcohol. All you accomplish is you get to start all over with day ONE. I was determined with tobacco and I'm determined with alcohol to never have another day one.
