read it's good to make a list why to quit
1. Dislike being in bondage to nicotine and smoking behaviors.
2. Don’t want to be around negative people who also smoke.
3. Want to save money.
4. Don’t like the smell on my clothes and hearing people commenting on it.
5. Want to live finally without alcohol, cigarettes, illicit drugs.
6. Help to manage the diabetes, high blood pressure, and mental health.
7. Save for trips to see sons.
8. Don’t want to pick through ashtrays salvaging used butts.
9. I focus and concentrate better when not smoking.

Day 1 of not smoking. Spent time today watch videos and read about quiting. Just like I have plan to stay sober I have put together 1 for cigarettes. It has to be cold turkey.
No more dried lips, yellow fingers, stinky clothes, smelly breadth.
I am ready for this change.

I should add to it especially the combination of using nicotine and alcohol together.
