Ewe Gettingsmarter that's gross! To think we inhaled all that icky junk! Gave me a nice visual if I ever get a craving. But the good news is I seldom get one anymore. It's really weird!

Rusty zipper congrats on your two months!

Quiet congrats on your day 5! You just went through the worst of it. It's all downhill from here on out! You can do this!

Ifyoucandream same with you! Congrats on your 7 days. You got one week smoke free. That is the hardest week you will ever have to go through. The next week is easy compared to that.

As long as we never pick up again. We are free! No more being chained to those nasty cigarettes! No more worries that we will get lung cancer or heart disease or any of the other horrible diseases cigarette smoking causes. Our fates are no longer sealed with a puff of a cigarette!

Gettingsmarter you come up with lots of facts. Isn't there some calculator that tells us how many more days we get to live because we quit smoking? I saw that somewhere? Of course anything can happen, but I'll tell you, I breath so much easier since quitting!

Verte....you haven't given up or sealed your fate. At least you didn't smoke and breath in nicotine along with hundreds of other carcinogens. You can and will do this!

Li the quit smoking app I used is called QuitNow!
Its free and great for anyone who recently quit.
It shows you all kinds of stats and achievements based on how much you used to smoke and how long ago.

Ok gettingsmarter I'm going to check it out! Thanks!

Martina you are doing great! Awesome!

Rusty zipper you did it! You reached two months! Woot woot!

Buk not sure where you are at, but I suspect its more than three months! Congrats!

I lost count. But I'm close to gettingsmarter. Like a month less maybe? Will need to go back and figure it out. But feeling great with very few cravings. Some days none at all and I was a two pack a day chain smoker! Spent most of my time out in my sunroom or in my porch puffing away. But not anymore. I can feel the difference. Amazing!

I'm at 27 days. Feels great. I like hearing that people are at 2, 3 or 6 months, helps me stay focused.

Fact of the day: Cigarettes make your breath smell like you have been eating burning trash

Happy smoke free Friday.

Congrats to all of you. I find a lot of inspiration seeing you all go hard.

Day 9 today. I'm tempted to quit the patches, they're so uncomfortable in the heat. What do you think? Any patchers here?
