I need to quit smoking but having a hard time doing it. I have had two heart attacks in the past 4 months and had to have 3 stents put in on my last heart attack in June. You would think this would help me quit smoking but it hasnt. IN fact it helps me deal with stress which was also a big factor in my heart attacks. I was trying to switch to vapor but my doctor said that is as bad as cigs. I quit drinking 9 years ago and it was alot easier for me. I also know my job is very stressful for me but jobs are kinda hard to find so that isnt the answer yet. Any ideas on what to do?
