Hi everyone,
Havent posted in a while. Today i was sitting in my living room doing my morning meditation (new thing for me) and my husband popped his head in the door and said "Hey, its been 30 days for you hasnt it?" What a GREAT feeling! I wanted to thank all of you for your posts and input. This site has been a godsend. The fog is lifting and today is a GREAT day!

congrats on 30 days....I had a nice 60 days and my hubby made dinner last night and let me take a nap...while he did it....It feels good to have your loved ones recognize your accomplishment....keep on keeping on...I just started meditating this morning...I like it so far...
