Thank you, L!! The doctor told me yesterday to wait a few more days to work out

. I'm on call this weekend, too, so it may be Monday before I get to exercise again. That'll mean two whole weeks without any working out

. I hope it is easy to get back on track. I really want to lose about 40 more pounds.

Eddie!! 40lbs more! I don't believe it. You looked great in the picture a few weeks ago.
I am looking at about 5 or 10lbs.

Hi everyone.

14 Months clean and sober for me today. Thats great. I am still not well and am wondering if this is to do with my age, teh phyiscal abuse I did to myself or something else, like maybe I am just unwell.

1281 days for me today. I remember when I had 1000, the time is flying by.
