Morning Kevin.
I don't have a shower in my house either. I have a big huge claw foot tub though. My original ex keeps telling me on an off that he has the stuff to convert it but .........lol Maybe one day. Or maybe I will move first. I would miss the big tub if I moved though.
As for how I am.......I am OK. Not great but not terrible. I feel over scheduled almost all the time. I am working on balance.
How are you??

HI L, yep I agree balance is my goal too and I am currently too busy. Its spring here and already the temps is around 100 degrees and we have major fire outbreaks right across the south and the east of AUstralia.

Morning Kevin,
Wow! It got hot fast. It seems like I can remember that you were cold just a few short weeks ago.
I think that it is neat that we live on opposite sides of the world.
It is cool and lovely here in CA.

I will keep on working on the balance thing.
I know you will too.
Today is your Saturday and I hope you are having a "balanced" weekend.

265 days and counting. life is up and down, still have alot of financial insecurity and poor spending habits...but life is so much better than it used to be. so glad i found this site. now that im living on my own. work takes up 45 hours a week and meetings take up 6-8 hours a week...but that still leaves alot of time by myself to think. Thinking for me can be harmful, so im trying to utilize this site as another positive outlet to expand my network.

2 weeks till i get my 9 month coin. 2 days till i give a lead at my homegroup in front of 40-60 people that still dont know me after all this time. im going to be nervous as all hell. you read something out of the big book and give a 10 minute lead on it. ill probably be so nervous ill be shaking but ill just be honest and let everyone know how nervous i am at the beginning and try to speak as honestly as possible.

Good Morning Kevin and hello to Chicago!
Kevin, I hope you know I feel the same way you do. Exactly.
Welcome Chicago. Congratulations on your time!
I am sure you will do great at your meeting.
The Big Book says one of the reasons that AA works so well is because we keep it simple and keep it personal. I always use that little mantra when I share.

Yea! Now I have a new one to look for next! Thanks!
Life is good especially with books!
Now if I could find the time to read for more than 15 minutes I would just be in heaven.
Thanks for being here Kevin.
