Wow... Time2surrender that's soooo cool. Man I would be totally flattered too! I just know your story is going to inspire them. It is a miracle isn't it? One you took a huge leap of faith in yourself to let happen. You chose you and when in an addiction that's such a hard thing to do. I'm really happy for you and I hope when your GF's daughter is done with her story you post it to us! I would love to read it too. How wonderful to get to tell your story an touch young people's lives in such a positive way. The gifts we're given once we're sober are so profound aren't they?

Congratulations!

Suga

Thanks for all your replies gang. It was a real honor to be asked to speak in front of the group. And it was really cool to see hope in these peoples faces while I shared about my recovery from drugs.

Way to go Mike.
Don't get discouraged later if you see that all didn't grasp the full message.
You planted many seeds, some may take a little longer then others to grow.
I know I needed to hear things a few time before I fully listened.

So how long before we see you as a national speaker? *LOL*

Thank you for caring as much as you do. Many will gather hope from you.
