Thanks for starting this thread Nogard, I'm very grateful to have found SR, it kept me sane while getting sober my first week, and has been a great source of support, information and inspiration for me. The people are great.

I was very thankful to find this site and find myself now jumping on it every chance I get. It reinforces what I'm trying to do with my life today and what my life was like before and could become again if I am not vigilant.

Thanks to SoberRecovery, my wife and I have SIX CLEAN MONTHS TODAY!!

SoberRecovery has been our plan to rid ourselves of the evil weed.

It worked.

And to think we were just searching for information on the after effects of quitting cigarettes when we found this blessing in disguise. By the way, we have been free of cigarettes for 7 months last Thursday.

Thanks SoberRecovery for giving us our life back!
