Thank you Chip, hugs to you too. Sorry you're were having a rough day too. Today is better for me, I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and just do this.

Everyone here has been wonderful, I'm ever so thankful for SR.

Here's to one more day sober.

hugs

Thank you Roadie, today was better once I got past the morning. Sleep is a challenge, at least more then 2hrs at a time, I'm sure that too will get better.

You're right, it really helped to talk, and no you weren't too preachy at all, I appreciated that you read the first 3 steps to me.

Hope I can offer the same to someone else in need

Congrats on your 11 days now, I'm sure you're right it gets easier. I'm lucky no real physical withdraw just sleep problems and the usual mind fog. I'm reading more all the time and trying to ead all the posts too.

thanks again

hugs

Hi AngelHugs

Started my day with tears, seems my emotions are all over the place, cry like a baby over silly things. But maybe the lack of sleep doesn't help. Made it one more day.

All of you have been wonderful, thank you.

It really helped last night to talk to Roadie, I didn't feel so alone or desperate.

how are you doing?

hugs

Thanks Roadie, my presentation is tomorrow, and I was good tonight when some people from work called and asked me to come have a 'drink' a little while ago, funny, it really wasn't hard to say no.

Thank you Chy, it did, saw people far worse off then I am today, and realize how lucky I am.

Thank God for all of you
