Day 1

Today is day 1 and it has been a rough emotional day but I stayed clean and sober. And here's to many more days of being sober...........

Relapse is hard and it sucks,but as long as you keep trying you are moving in the right direction. Don't give up, I haven't and I won't. If I relapse at least it means I had some sober time. For me Sober time gets longer after every relapse, so hang in there it will get better. It gets easier.

I am glad that you are back and Keep Coming Back, it doesn't matter how many days that we have cause we all only have the same day and that is today. I seen where you said relapse is hard and that is the truth, but I have found out that sobriety is not always easy, it is the hardest thing that I have had to do but it is well worth it. Welcome to SR and I will send some thoughts your way.

Hope stay sober today and tomorrow will be another today. Todays have a way of piling up. Personally I am working on my 15th soberday today. Glad you are back stay in touch.
