Ambien....addictive?

Everything is addictive. Whether physically and/or emotionally.
I tried to go without EVERYTHING. I was tired of taking this for this and that for that. And that would be nice to live medication FREE if I could go without sleep for 3 weeks at a time. I don't think I'd do to well though.
Keep in good touch with your psychiatrist and what works and what you actually need and for how long.
