Chicken 'N Waffles
Yikes, guys! Vegetarian here, for 15 years now. No horse meat for me, thank you. Did you know that the US is the world's largest exporter of horse meat for human consumption? 'Tis true.
It would appear that I've leapt onto a thread about which I know little.... so I'll go back and read some. Meanwhile, I'll put in a vote for pizza as the world's perfect food & save the horses for petting & riding. Hope - I hope you're doing well!

And, it's a rule of mine that I never eat anything I could pet and/or ride. At least, not the cute ones.
BTW, are you guys serious about the horse meat? Where do you even get something like that? I have had frog legs, deer meat, gator meat, squirrel meat, but horse meat??? Come on!!!!!!!!! My husband is british and he likes something called "Black Pudding". I "ain't" EVEN gonna tell you what that is.
Please don't eat the horsies.
And NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I have NEVER had possum meat (just 'cause I live in TN). I thought I'd tell you before some wiseguy asked.

I've eaten horse in Paris (romantic?) it was like eating elastic. I think it may have been mule.
I have grown up on Black pudding. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fried tomatoes, fried bread, baked beans, black pudding and a cup of tea. I believe it lowers your cholesterol rating.

Well it's called Black pudding because it is black. And its black because thats the colour of dried blood.
It's 90 per cent (I think) congealed pigs blood. The other 10 percent is not so appetising.
I know someones going to dig up a recipe now.
