Hope--
Remember the first of the 12 steps " We admitted were powerless over the substance that controlled us." I have always added at the end.."Just for today", because we do recovery One Day at a Time.
So, just for tonight, admit you're powerless over your drug of choice.
I know how you feel. Stay online. Call a friend. Do you have a sponsor? Call her/him.
You have 45 wonderful daysof sobriety. Cherish that and get to day 46. You can do it.

There's only 2 rules to follow to become an oldtimer: Don't drink and don't die.
No situation is so bad that a drink won't make it worse.
This too shall pass.
Do whatever you have to do.... but don't drink.
Get to a meeting. Bring the body, the mind will follow.
You don't have to be alone.
Pray.

Remember, I'm pulling for you. We're all in this together.

Fighting the cravings and winning is the only way to get through this. Each time you get through a craving you will become stronger! It's the only way and it really works.

Thanks my friends for being with me during this difficult time. I'm still hanging on. I played the tape through all the way to the end and it doesn't look pretty so I'm just here watching TV and wishing I had a huge bowl of cookies and cream ice cream. Yum, that sounds sooooooo good. hehe...
