I'm up really early. I did a few morning chores. My sister just came back from Norway and she's coming to visit my mom and bring her some stuff today. I feel very awkward because we got into a big fight a while ago and we don't speak. I guess I can stay in my room and read or watch TV. It's kind of a shame. My mom in her denial, was like she wants to see you too. Not. Oh well. I'd go out and shop or something but it is sooo hot out I really don't want to go out. I'll handle it. I think I'm up early because I'm kind of anxious about it.

Dragon, it’s a lovely home for your dad’s cats. Be nice when your window is done so they can go out too. I’m sure they’ll settle down.
My cats hate travelling in the car too. Ginger meows so sadly and constantly whilst in the car. Good as gold in the vets.

Good morning. It's day 6. Glad I was sober this weekend and got my friend's email about his mother passing. I wouldn't have known if I had been on some bender, so I'm able to go to the funeral today. It's six hours away by public transport so that's going to be a bit of a test. But obviously I need to show up sober for my friend, he's been in recovery for years.

Cool Sunday. Spent time with kids listening to their little stories. Then watched relaxing travel videos on YouTube. Had a 2 hour longer nap but ready to hit the bed. Good night from Seattle.

I'm really tired but can't sleep cause I'm itching so badly. It's my scalp mostly, but itching all over too. It's so frustrating cause I can't make it stop. I use allergy meds, and also a scalp liquid supposed to soothe the itch, but it's not helping. I have a phone appt with an allergist on the 28th of this month but don't know what they can do to help me with just a phone appt. I am desperate as this has been going on for a long time now and it's just getting worse. Itching might seem like a small insignificant problem, but it's driving me nuts and affecting my life negatively. Tired of this itching and hope the allergist can help me.

Since I'll be up all night I'm going thru my things and unpacking/putting away as many as I can. I should have a lot done by morning.

Another weekend in the books that was pretty productive so can not really complain. Did not sleep well at all last night. Too much regarding this appointment with the Dr on my mind. Need to take lessons from Riley to live in the moment.
Least, gosh, I so wish you could find some relief from all of the itchiness. That has to be so horrible.
