Need advice
Honestly, all you can do is have healthy boundaries and take care of yourself first.
Families can stage an intervention. You can tell them you are concerned and care for their well-being. There are many loving and compassionate ways to voice how this addiction is affecting you but the work is solely up to the individual. If they are not ready to make a change then its just an exercise in futility.
The friends and family section has a lot of good information.
Take care of you.

Welcome pumpkinstea - it's so good to have you with us.
I agree with Mizz that your loved one must want to make the change. Your support & encouragement can help, though.
Have you considered Al-anon?
