had a bit of a blip but back stronger than Ever
Hey everyone, Sorry I haven't been around so much, Two weeks ago I had a little blip me and my partner where
having relationship issues and I ended up with all my medication and on my own at the time I took all my medication didn't
call anyone but the next day I did go down to A&E (The ER) and I had to stay for a day or so
But before that i have been eating 3 vegan meals & 2 vegan snacks a day I am back with my partner now,
Going to the drop in 4 times a week, started going to them Gym 3 times a week with my partner or with my
Support workers, one of my support workers is leaving for another Job (An addiction service I use to go to)
I am looking into doing more Mindfulness Meditations nearly Everyday
Maybe one small piece of Vegan Chocolate a week
I am doing my own home study of the politics of the first and second world Wars and its History
( i have a love for Politics & History)
