4 Months Sober...

4 Months Sober...
...Because of the wonderful, helpful, kind, supportive [and the list goes on] People here at SR I have 4 months sober now.
Thank you.
What has helped me get and gather some sober time is:
* Buddha, Zen, Hope Gratitude
* my peers here at SR
* a recovery plan of action: practiced daily
Duel Recovery Anonymous, DBT, CBT, AVRT, REBT (smart tools)
My recovery plan has a hodgepodge recovery method's. (big recovery tool box)
* daily check-in here. read/post/reply/participate
* Altho I'm secular deep in my roots I do have an
HP of my understanding on one of my branches A "Lucky Star"
I see this posted all the time here SR posted the members."
"quit drink/drugs and in time your life will get better"
I is true. Alone I could not get sober, together we can get sober and grow into a better life.
