Thanks everyone. Feeling great today…. Waking up at 3:45am was brutal but we did 2 hours of walking and saw the sun come up which was amazing

Thanks again everyone

… I really appreciate everyone’s support … tummy is a little off today. Other than that I’m feeling great 👍 hope this stays. I have to travel for work next Wednesday. Airplanes are a trigger for me so I am going to wake up early the morning of and workout super hard so that I have a sleepy body … usually I don’t want wine if I feel sleepy from a workout.
