I hate that you are in so much pain! I am thinking of you and praying for relief. Are you able to take a regular dose of an NSAID (naproxen, ibuprofen, etc...)? Anti-inflammatory therapies like that can REALLY augment pain-relief (and can be combined safely with most narcotic pain meds) without impairing cognition. Of course, check with your doctor, but perhaps something simple like that would be of help?!!

My friend, bless her, comes everyday to help with stuff today she changed my bedding ! My neighbour empties my bins ( a relief there a no wine bottles for him to find !). Another friend came to help me wash so Im VERY lucky from that point of view!

I know its not going to relieve the pain, but so good no drinking, no empties, friends to help you...these things count so much.
I try to count my blessings when everything sucks. It helps somewhat.
