They say three weeks … so I’m more than half way there hopefully ! And then the physio starts but right now moving my arm even 1cm makes me want to scream !
My friend, bless her, comes everyday to help with stuff … today she changed my bedding ! My neighbour empties my bins ( a relief there a no wine bottles for him to find !). Another friend came to help me wash … so I’m VERY lucky from that point of view!
