Nice additions, Alpine and Dusty- and Alpine- I hope you like cannoli- freshly filled with lemon ricotta and dusted with pistachios.

Since I'm also bringing a renewed appetite for life (and food, in general)......

I'd love to share the ice cream sandwiches my boys and I created this week. They have a lemon sugar cookie exterior, vanilla ice cream/lemon curd/fresh raspberry filling, and they are rolled in crushed lemon drop candies!

Sweet, sour, creamy, chewy, crunchy, and PORTABLE! Perfect for a Friday night party!

YES!!!! A dessert party no less!! Thanks, Tough. I think I'll pass around a tray of these cannoli and add on some MOTIVATION and ENERGY which are items I believe I found under the couch where I used to sit endlessly watching Netflix.
