You’re invited to my Friday Night Lost and Found Party!
Ooh yes a party I want to attend!
I’m still very fresh in my sobriety but here is what I finally found after my haze of a life the last 10 years.
I found confidence, CLARITY, and my love for dance! So far sober me is doing things I’ve always wanted to do but didn’t continue to pursue.
I suddenly have a craving for pumpkin bread in June haha…So I’ll bring a little of that tonight too. Happy Friday!

Nature and hiking
Breakfast of all kinds, homemade pancakes with cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla, spiced roasted pecans, organic blueberries, and a dash of powdered sugar, topped with pure maple syrup
Homemade wild blueberry muffins, served with room temperature Irish butter (Kerry Gold)
Huevos rancheros on a pan toasted flour tortilla, fresh salsa and avocado
oven baked bacon, at 425F about 15 minutes. No muss, no fuss
I’m bringing my cooking skills, appetite, self worth, and compassion.
So glad to have these things.
Most of all, I have found my gratitude back.
Thank you Viking, and all of you on SR

Thanks for the party VikingGF! What a fun idea and share!
Food looks amazing Free . . .
I lost my feeling of peace in a sea of anxiety when drinking. I’m pleased to say sobriety brought it back to me and increased it tenfold.
Sobriety keeps on giving me other gifts like clarity, empathy, acceptance, and gratitude.
Drinking did give me one gift inadvertently—a deep and abiding appreciation for all those other gifts, and more—
