It’s 7pm and Gollum my AV is whispering very loudly ..in fact he seems to have become increasingly loud in recent days. So my solution is to put my pyjamas on to stop me going out to the supermarket downstairs for wine. It’s just an extra measure but deep down inside, I know I won’t … whereas a few months ago I’d would have put my day clothes back on and gone anyway ! Onwards !

In my early days of sobriety, I went to bed early very often to just get through another day. I highly recommend it.
