Update. My boyfriend broke up after 12, 5 years because he got sick of me complainting about my cognitive dysfunction and fears. I live at my parent´s house in my old bedroom. I'm greatful for that. Don´t know how to life alone. So strange I have memories of thinking clear.... Gonna give keto a chance again. Stimulates brain regrowth....never give up.

I'm sorry MeSober. Coping with PAWS and ARBD would be very difficult, but from your username springs hope.

The PAWS should settle with time, and from what I've read about ARBD improvements can be seen when the person remains sober. Maybe not everything you want, but improvement.

You've got yourself a room and a bed, and parents too, who probably care. That's a plus.

Keep remaining sober, MeSober, and keep posting here, where you can hang with friends.

Thank you Steely, thank you Anna. I don´t feel improvement anymore, but who knows...maybe it still is there ... slowly.. But I still improve in being a good human being.... Last year I did brain tests ....conclusion:MCI. Learn to live with it. After that, did no further tests. Like I said: my best shot is keto... I will start this Monday and share results in few months.
