Sober a little while wondering how/why

When I was drinking go out 10 units whatever I’m well on the way! Acting silly Sat at home watching stuff I’m interested in 20 units I’m remembering to lock the back door?

For a long time drinking at home seemed civilised and uncomplicated....until it wasn't.

Maybe it's because you're social you feel drunker on 10 units, like your buzz is enhanced by being around people and having fun.
