Well as you can see from my name I first joined SR in 2013. The name is kind of embarrassing actually as it shows that c 10 years ago I was worried about my drinking but, since then haven’t really made sobriety stick ! I had c 4 months in 2013 when I joined and a month here and there since. But 38 days is quite an achievement for me and I’m quite proud … still waiting to feel zingy, and full of energy but that’s another story ! I haven’t even had that many cravings.I think I’ve scared myself so much with recent withdrawals, my body and mind are just saying ‘nope ! Bad idea’! And that’s fine by me ! Off to make a cheese and leek quiche and some cauliflower soup .. Bon appétit to me ! :-)
