Have you had your hormone levels checked?
Perhaps a full workup from the doctor can address some of this.

I’m post-menopausal so not much to do about that ! But thanks for the advice dear Mizz !

If I read this correctly, you have 35 days of sobriety. At this stage of recovery, your body is healing and is very tired after all those years of drinking! Give yourself a break and realize you are healing and work with it! Give time time and heal well!

Sugar bear said it perfectly.

35 days is still really early for body and mind to heal. I'm on day 32 and feel awful. I've had lt sobriety and know it took me months to feel better.
