Getting into à routine, I've woken up at à sensible time again without an alarm clock, miserable weather today so cracking on with my course work, completed 50 lessons and have 119 to go before my final exam, I am going to do this and prove to myself I can obtain that qualification, have a great day everyone.
Goals are very necessary. I think this is wonderful for you to be focused and determined. Accomplishing each module. one task at a time. It really does pay off in the long run. You will be so proud. Keep on keeping on!

Having goals is a great way to start recovery and completing them shows you that you can do what it is that you set your mind to! Im glad to hear that you are motivated and focused on a better tomorrow and im also glad your making progress! As long as you stay moving forward and not become idle, you will start to feel what its like to win again in life. Keep your head up and you have all of us cheering you on!
