Post Back here out of fate maybe?

Hi everyone here ! I am now 5 days off all nicotine, and man, do I feel proud... its getting easier by the minute and by the day... also I happen to be drinking, well I stone a half a liter of mint vodka, and a another vodka... for information use only...

I know the day will come that I will need to end all drinking for good... I know this is a great place of support and likeminded individuals. We\re all on the same boat, like it or not.... fighting the same things.

Thanks SR

I'm glad to hear you've stopped smoking. I hope you decide to stop drinking, too. We're here for you.

I'm glad you stopped smoking too. I hope you decide to stop drinking as well.
Not to sound too blissed out but I look back at my old life and then at this new one and its like I'm finally free

I remember before I decided to quit that I just didn't see a reason. But, that was really addiction.

Once I quit for a few weeks then I realized how much trouble I was in. The addiction masks the damage.

The addiction will do anything to get the fix. Deny the fix and the crazy ramps up and morphs.

I am still healing.

Prayers.

Thanks.

I'm taking part in a study out of University of NSW to determine which works better; vape, or gum, lozenges, etc.

People are randomly selected to be supplied with either vape or gum. They supply the lot, free. I won the vape lottery. Two weeks tobacco free today! Plus you get $80 at end of study. Yoe!

Anyone living in NSW should contact National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre UNSW and get onto it.

Hope this post is allowed?
