Hello all today I work on day 487.

I haven't posted in a while. But I been here reading threads. I decided to take a look back at the obstacles that have overcome during my life in recovery. There was alot of up and downs which is normal. I wanted to look back and see how far I have come from my 2 week programs of binging and withdrawal. It made me realize how physically and mentally stronger I have came. The support I have received from other members and the support at home have given me the strength and courage to keep going.
