7 Months
Today is 7 months for me so figured I’d do my
monthly check in! All is well. Still enjoying the gifts sobriety has given me. With the hot weather here in Canada my diet and exercise has slipped a little bit because I have been enjoying more outdoor time and that’s okay
every once in a while I miss being able to have a beer or glass of wine on a patio with friends but a cold glass of water with lemon will have to do ❤️. I enjoy reading everyone’s posts and following everyone’s stories. Keep up the good work everyone.
