Turns out this is really hard
Yes, getting sober is hard but it gets easier the longer you stay sober. As to being grateful, I'm grateful for the same things over and over, like a house to live in, my critters' good health, food to eat. And I constantly find new things to be grateful for, it can be anything.

Wired Brain
Those sad, negative thoughts are your addiction begging you back.
Your brain truly has been wired to crave alcohol and to trick you into using forever.
Good thing is We control our brains.
Push those negative thoughts away and embrace gratitude for the positive things in life. Like sobriety.
Accept the fact alcohol is keeping you from being the person you want to be and do whatever it takes to become that person.
It is hard but it is So worth it

Today, on Day 9, I fought really hard to control my brain & won. Alcohol hijacked my brain over 30 years ago and I want control back.
