Hey all. I'm back. I went back out for more experimentation. That was 8 months ago. So grateful to have made it back to where I belong. Much love to all of you.

Last time I went out to experiment I was gone for years. Huge mess to clean up. I'm so glad we know better now.

Welcome back to SR someday.

Experimentation for me usually ends in another drinking disaster. Plus there was a dreadful mess, financially and health wise, to clean up.

Do you have a plan in place for staying sober?

Thanks for all the kind replies guys means alot. I have too many plans to mention. Sponsor, AA online meetings. I gotta work it though without action none of these things mean anything. Day 3 now I will post more when i'm feeling a little more lucid. Really appreciate the replies it has given me strength.

incase this helps anyone. I had a major craving, scared the living daylights out of me. I went for a walk and prayed and prayed. Then spoke to another alcoholic and it has now passed. Talk about cunning, baffling and powerful eh.
