Today I am 121 days (4 Months) sober! Just checking in. Although everything isn’t perfect and I’m dealing with the stress of being a healthcare worker during the pandemic with cases dramatically rising in my area I’m happy I have found healthier ways of dealing with the stress. I haven’t been posting as much lately but I’m on here following everyone’s journeys and using everyone’s advice daily.
