4 Days in / 1st Friday night
Been drinking more water, pumping quality vitamins, actually reduced my exercise routine (listening to my body)
READING BOOKS!! (Ive had a pile to "get to" , but as a DRUNK at night that pile grew in size and dust!
So far, so good. (with some waves of AV)
Thanks to all who here who have helped me more than I thought I needed (if that makes sense)

You won't ever regret changing your lifestyle to the one we were designed to have.
Being a drunk is a learned behavior.
It has taken me years to normalize, but the freedom is everything I hoped for.
I have the confidence to be exceptionally kind, forgiving, apologetic, fully interactive, defensive, and even I little frustrated.
I work hard to not get angry or frustrated, but when I do, I know it is the real me and I can work to manage it 100% better.
I am making smart decisions because I am drug free.
Booze is poison. It is a gov't sanctioned highly addictive toxin that hamstrings the masses.
Love love love.
Thanks.

I can't put into words how much better life is without the smog of alcohol dependency.
Checking in and posting here helped me tremendously.
Hit a coffee or tea shop on the way home instead of the liquor store until the habitual urge passes.

Hi Ascended!
Weekends for me were a major trigger....What, with the sunny backyard bbq’s, the games on tv, etc...nothing like all that with a case of beer to mellow out from the hectic week...was telling myself it was a reward for surviving the jungles of the job!
Well I often paid the price on mondays....Turns out I realized monday recovery turned into tuesday, wednesday and thursday recovery and felt sortof ready to do it all again on friday....ugh...talk about rekindling....
Well it feels good to get through weekends and wake up on mondays rarin to go!
Day 79 today and mondays are no longer a bad thing...
Hang in there!!
