Hi,
So Day is coming to an end .. I spent it in bed watching films as I feel really nauseous and dizzy. Not helped by the fact I made a tuna and mayo salad thing for supper which now turns my stomach ! Anyway, onwards !

I hope your stomach settles soon. The early days can be really tough, but Day 3 is often a turning point as far as starting to feel better. I hope that's the case with you.

I have days like you describe even today in my 66th day....Like the others here say...It will get better just hang in there please...
