Didnt drink

Last night.
I decided to NOT go to the store. Not to drink last night.
Today, when I opened my eyes my second thought was "Yea ...I didnt drink last night, and I feel it"
My first thought was "Wheres the snooze button".
Thank you all who have jumped in to encourage me.
For today / tonight- Same. Not going to store- not drinking

It was a learned behavior. In time we normalize. It gets harder before it gets easier.

Suffering and time.

I used every tool in the book to not relapse while dealing with the insanity of normalizing.

It hurt so bad I will never go down that slippery slope again.

There is no decision to drink, it is only relapse.

Even so called normies are just relapsing when they drink after a few days.

They just don't know it.
