Hi guys

Hi guys. This is very strange for me as I have been a real 'lurker' on this site previously. 3 years ago I managed to stop for a whole year and read every day and I can't tell you how much this website helped even though I sat in the background. Been on the sauce again the last 2 years and feel now is time to say hello. Hopefully I'll write something more interesting tomorrow, Lots of love to you all

I lurked back in 2008 when a quit for almost 10 years. Thought I was normal after that and binged away. I honestly believe that participating has helped me with my recovery now. Its nice to be among people who understand and are full of supporting wisdom. Welcome back!
