6 days feeling rough

I’m feeling real lousy tonight. Physically and somewhat mentally. The worst since maybe day two. The weekend was fine and I felt good all day, but it hit me like a block. I got a headache and my focus and is out of whack and I just feel weak. I’ve quite this long before and usually it’s just some slight blah mentality. Anyone words of advice or wisdom or motivation would help right now. I think I probably just need to lie down and breathe. Remeber the reasons I’m doing this. Stick to my action plan. I need thus to stick this time.

I know how hard it is to believe when people who’ve been there say, things will get better.

As for me recovery seems sooo sloooow and I’m so anxious everyday for improvement.

I offer my encouragement to you to keep going and I believe you’ll get there!

Believe it or not you're almost through the worst. After a week you will be completely through the physical withdrawal. Sleep should improve. I always felt better when I made it through 10 days, and at two weeks was always much better, almost what one would call normal. Just becomes a mental game at that point.

Keep it up, you're doing great1

Allowing our bodies to do what it needs too is so crucial.
The first week I was in bed right when I got off work. I was all over the place. Drained. Emotional. Unfocused. You name it, I felt it.

You will level off. Its almost guaranteed. Stay the course. Do the things. You got this.
