I posted at 2 weeks. I posted at 3 weeks. I posted at 4 weeks.
Here I am at 5 weeks sober.
Thank you to everyone for the kind comments and encouraging words.

I am feeling pretty darn good in general. Sleeping extremely well, headaches are gone, appetite is back. My insides are thanking me by returning to what I’m sure is normal.
Emotionally things are a little rough. Mostly sadness and loneliness. I live alone and work isolated and alone. I spend most days without even speaking. Does talking to my cat count? He’s not very good at listening. He just takes a message and says he will get back to me. Haha.
