Day 30 - for the second time 'round

Feeling quite proud that I made it through my first 30 days for the second time. A few months back I had made just over 100 days when I decided that it was probably fine for me to start to have drinks again here and there. A month and a bit later of that life brought me back to trying to abstain again as I was not handling my booze well at all. So here I am again at day 30. Happy Saturday everyone and wishing y'all a great weekend.

No matter how many times people try this experiment it ends the same way.

Moderation isn't really a thing for problem drinkers. I've yet to hear of one problem drinker who reversed the process.

Abstinence is so much better and SO much easier. I'm happy for you that you've come back to the light.

This was me dozens of times. I’m so glad you have figured it out so much quicker—congratulations on your 30 days!

I've been there as well.

ME: Lets just get on this crazy train again and see how different it will be!
