90 days
As the title says, I've done 90 days, I feel so much better as a person, not hiding bottles, not feeling sick and the dredd, it's the worst feeling ever, I pray I continue on this journey I'm on, the longer the time the less thought of the bottle, so here's to the next 90 and beyond, hope you are all well x
Keep going cause it gets better.

Thanks for posting this Boggle. I often come here looking for good news. Stuff like this warms my heart in the midst of all the crap in this world.

Aw thank you, all of you, I won't get complacent, I've done over a year before, way back in 2014. It just kept creeping back into my life until I just thought I couldn't get past day one again, it has to be the hardest but most worthwhile thing I've ever done so far, but sooo worth it x
