Our Hevyn has 13 yrs sober today!
Congratulations. I know that "I never imagined it could happen" feeling. It's kind of a mixture of joy and gratitude.
Well alrighty then! I am so glad I visited and saw this! Well done! I'd be right there with you if I hadn't done some graduate research. So, in March it will be nine years for me.
More important is your contribution to the lives of so many. It is incumbent upon us, who have been given so much by others, to pass it on. I do so through the Fellowship of AA. Perhaps I can be a more frequent visitor here as well.
Joy,
Warren

Great stuff, Hevyn, and thanks for adding you were a hard core drinker before.
I have to stifle a laugh when i get comments like “it’s easy for you, you’re fit”. Up until three years ago, I was a miserable waste of space, although my bulk took up lots of space whose only hobby was drinking. People don’t get it that we had to work on it and still do so.
