All pain can be healed

Thank you for this MissP! For me the pain right now isn't something poking at me, but the knowledge that I've been here hundreds of times, and in comes the doubt: "You know it's only a matter of time before that urge sneaks up again." Why is this time different? But then this is a different time, and it helps thinking of this process not as one of avoidance of a bad thing, but life-affirming healing and growth.

It is a different time, as it's always up to us to choose it to be a different time. And whatever we believe in, whether it be inside or outside of us, will respond. I see and honour the grace and strength in you, Brian, to make this a different time.
