MizzP, I went to my first Al-Anon meeting tonight online. I was pretty scared and nervous but the folks were wonderful and I immediately felt comfortable. I'm going back.

Glad you felt welcomed and wanted at the meeting.

That can be a great relief for you to have people who understand what you're going thru.
