When I am bored and literally can't think of anything I just think of something to learn about on youtube. There has to be something. I agree that this may be another relapse in the making that happens days in advance.

Boredom is a huge trigger for me. I wanted to drink today. Its nice weather and I went out for a walk. Cravings kicked in as I walked through the city seeing people drinking on a patio. I was fighting with myself.

I ended up buying a 17 pound bag of rice instead. It was on sale for $13. I couldn't possibly go to a bar or the liquor store carrying 17 pounds of rice and so I went home. Guess I am having rice for dinner.....

I've decided I'm going to go down to the bookstore and buy an adult colouring book. That might ease my boredom.
