Congrats on 92.
Try some ice cream or something sweet to help knock the urge down.

Congrats on over three months sober! Ditto on the ice cream to kill cravings. Eat until you're full and the cravings will go away.

Wow congrats on 92 days! That is remarkable. Post here often , savor all the hard work you have attributed to your sobriety, eat icecream.

Hi Cherry! (It’s quitnow4 with a new name)
I’m so glad you posted. I feel like we kind of abandoned you in the September class. You were the remaining poster/soldier in that class. Keep it going. Take it from those of us who slipped; it is never ever worth it. Merry Christmas!

Well done on 92 days- just think that you'll have to set it back to day 1 again if you drink, you'll be glad you stayed sober....trust me!

Congrats Cherry

Hoping is good but planning ahead and being proactive about your recovery works even better than hope.

You can do this - put your back into staying sober - you'll be glad you did

Thanks for the advice and tips. Think I’ll post daily until I’m back at work. I never want day 1 again. And if I drink over Xmas I won’t stop, I know that
