Day 16 Serious cravings

By far the hardest day so far. I have been obsessed with buying alcohol free beer all day long today! Also being reading alcohol free beer reviews all day.

Went to the supermarket to buy cigarettes and alcohol free beer. Then I suddenly said to myself what the **** am I doing???? I can buy nice food instead of cigarettes and beer.

Did not buy any beer or cigarettes. Spent all my money on food.

Very difficult day.

Yeah NA beer did nothing for my obsession.

Good atcha Stable!!! I have never regretted not buying alcohol free beer. I have regretted buying alcohol free beer . Stay the course. You are doing great!
